From the very beginning, we have used only premium Belgian Couverture Chocolate along with finest ingredients, ensuring every piece delivers a true taste of luxury. Our confectionery recipes are the creation of our in-house chocolatiers and the founder himself – Algimantas “AJ” Jablonskas. Today, our collection features more than 150 exquisite chocolate delicacies, alongside delicate cakes and irresistible desserts — all crafted by hand with care and mastery.

What a fantastic spot in Winter Park! AJ’s is right on the corner of Park Avenue and Fairbanks, has its own parking lot and has an amazingly friendly and attentive staff. I took my two babies and they were made right at home immediately. The interior is cozy with ample plus seating and there are tables outside as well.

Where to even begin! As soon as you walk in, the decor with lush, velvet chairs is as decadent as the smell of delicious chocolate wafting in the air. If you think I’m being dramatic, go and you’ll see! There are an incredible amount of options and it’s so hard to choose, but don’t worry. The servers are awesome and will describe everything to you so you can make a very educated decision!
